This is a meal that I never get tired of. Burgers without the bun, with some cheeses and served with raw spinach.
Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp Butter
6 ounces ground beef, 93% lean
1 ounce cheddar
1 ounce cream cheese
1 ounce salsa
1/2 tbsp simple seasoning (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder)
1 cup raw spinach

Directions
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef and seasoning. Form mixture into patties
Add the butter to the saucepan then turn the heat up to medium.
Add patties to the saucepan, and cook patties until browned on both sides.
Add cheddar and cream cheese on top of the patties. Turn down the heat and put a cover on the saucepan until the cheese melts.
Serve with some spinach. I like to pour some of the fat from the saucepan on top of the spinach.
To make the burgers even juicier, add some salsa on top.
